For those of us that are ignorant about different types of Linotype, what’s the difference between letters and spacers as far as content?

Normally no difference. I packed this way to get as much into SFRB as possible.

For those of us that are ignorant about different types of Linotype, what’s the difference between letters and spacers as far as content? There are thin metal spacers that go between lines of letters to space out lines that can vary a bit more as to alloy. There are square spacers that take up space between words just like a letter, and typically the same alloy as the letters. Often linotype spacers will be same alloy as linotype but can be less or more rich in alloy.

small letters - if individual letters this would probably be richer alloy than linotype (lines of type vs. single letters). Making the price an especially good deal.

Best of luck to you largrom in the hospital and out.
