I ordered a Tel- True with a longer stem , it looks funny in my 4-20 casting pot but it's nice in my smelting pot when I'm cooking down coww . I found it online at a barbecue equipment supplier in Kansas ,

Tel Tru but thermocouple based thermometers are almost as cheap now. I bought a PID & thermocouple last time.
