Rechambering chrome lined barrel

Would it be possible to rechamber a .41 AE UZI barrel to .41 Mag for a stub job? I'm not sure they are chrome lined but the 9mm Uzi barrel I bought years ago is. GPC has the 16'1/2" .41AE barrels in NOS condition.....

if it is chrome lined, you need a carbide reamer as the chrome will just destroy a regular hss reamer.

I had heard that, too. I'll call a reamer rental service and ask.

Chrome is hard on carbide also.

An affordable.41 mag barrel or blank is looking like unobtainable goods- hence this question. I had better just call GPC and ask if the AE barrels are lined. If they aren't- it's off to the races. If they are, I'll keep looking.
Update- the nice lady from Numrich/GPC looked today and confirmed the .41 AE 16" UZI barrels are in stock and Not chrome lined. I feel a .41 mag stub job coming on. Projects, projects.
