Looking at Grafs and they have PRVI brand bullets in 243/6mm 100gr SP, $12 for 100, $57 for 500.

Anyone use any PRVI brand bullets?

I need to make up a bunch of 243 ammo for a friend on the cheap. He is a deer hunter not a varmint shooter.

Thanks

Good bullets. I'd recommend them. Been using them and S&B bullets for a long time. Never had an issue with expansion or accuracy if I did my part of the job.

Lots of quality variation. Sometimes very good accuracy, sometimes terrible.

of all the PVRI ammo I've used I like it.

for $12 a 100 I'd buy a few to test.

Corky got a bunch of Core-Lokts at 100 grains at my brother's ammo request. I am doing the same thing for him, loading a bunch. The 500 count repackaged-lot we got from Midway shoot beyond my dreams (accuracy wise) for a hunting bullet. Corky told me they work fine for hunting so we got them. We did not care about the comparative accuracy because that was not part of the hunting criteria for the loads. So, you might be able to get the same lot if you order from Midway. I doubt they will sell out because of the other brands available in 243. ... felix

I've been looking at their .30 caliber BTHP target style bullets. Prvi factory ammo with the 174 grain SP in 7.5 Swiss shoots as accurately as GP11 in my K-31.
