I always liked the little bulldog 44 spec. There is something about a revolver that you can see the bullet at the back of the barrel in. That's a deterrent.

With full power loads, earplugs ought to be a standard item in your kit bag for this "kit gun."

Muffs too.

I'd be one of those guys that loads it down a lot, and has a few full power loads for emergencies.

Ought to make a great small game revolver if it shoots.

Bingo 35! Load her to 32 S+W Long velocity and you have a great trail gun. Go full power and set lalrge tracts of large ablaze!

I saw that 327 Federal x 4" variant on the Charter website, too. Why Ruger hasn't added a 4" barrel and adjustables to the SP-101 is a little hard to understand, as is S&W's refusal to date to get in the game. Not everyone wants a wrist-wrencher for shooting varmints & small game with.

Interesting cartridge just waiting for the right combinations to get sales rolling. If lead gets harder to come by, I expect this to get real popular.

How about an 8 shot GP100 or an L Frame? Oh that darned imagination!

Not me Heavy Lead, 6 shots on a J or slightly larger frame would be fine. Too big a gun and it stays home.

Yeah, right--spoken by The Man With A Model 16. Any time that big old 32 gets too heavy for ya to pack around, head it toward the West Coast and I'll manage it for ya.

So Charter Arms is going to teach the "big boys" where the .327 can really shine ...........

Very good!

Charter needs to make a adjustable sight version of their 44spl bulldog that is not that long barreled thing they call a target gun but something with the 2.5" barrel!
