Jim offered to tweak that 35cal LBT mould that was dropping small shanks for the cost of return postage. I took him up on his offer not knowing what to expect. What I got was above and beyond. He put a step shank similar to what Mountain Moulds puts in theirs per my request. He made the first cut, cast a few, decided that it didn't suit him and recut it. He sent it back to me with sample casts and samples from another mold that he thought I might be interested in.
I cranked up the pot and cast up 50 or so from the tweaked mould and the results are perfect. Checks now are a press fit and are one with the boolit when crimped.
This isn't a good guy report. This is an exceptional guy report.
Thanks Jim,
Ian
