Rear site for TC Hawken

Ended up w a 50cal TC hawken. Somebody had mounted the out of production duo ring set up. Looks neat but not very practical as its murder to clean or thread a nipple into with it mounted. Removing it every time isnt going to work. So will take it off, put irons back on it, sell the mount and rings.

So I need a rear site. Actual TC ones are not cheap, about the cost of the rifle, paid $75. Looks like the Williams one for octagon barrels will fit. Is there a replacement front that has fiber optics or something easier to see?

You may want to try bright fingernail paint on the front sight. Bright green worked for me.

Williams should also have the correct fiber optic front sight. I'd give them a call. They have been very helpful to me in the past.
