Does anybody know what book or magazine P.O. Ackley did his blowup tests?

Thanks pietro. I thought that would take awhile before someone found it and posted. I was kind of hoping Ackley would put a Carcano in there.

Hatcher's Notebook has some interesting reading in chapters VII and VIII on barrel obstructions and military rifle strengthens.

Ackley's 2 book series is standard reading mat'l for all things wildcat and experimental in the earlier days, and of course contains all those tests as well as interesting tests on bullet performance including tests on donkeys and pigs tied to posts.
