Free prepaid card

I rec'd a prepaid $10 debit card in the mail from Feradyne Targets Prepaid Card also goes by the name of wirecard.com.
I'm sure they give you the $10 on a loaded card just to get you going.
Is this a scam??????
Anyone else receive a card like this?

I have, likely a rebate or small contest. It is a debit card, use it and then it is likely done.

Have you mailed in any product rebate for $10 in the last 2 or 3 months ?

A farm store near me, sells Citgo oil products, once in a while they do a mail-in rebate.
I sent in a rebate this spring and 3 months later I got sent a Prepaid Mastercard debit card. At first, I wasn't sure what it was? I had always got Checks in the past...I figured it out, after I thought about it for a while.
