Fantastic customer support from RCBS

I recently sent a boolit mould to RCBS because the sprue hole in the top of one of the cavities was not round and causing the casting to stick upon cooling. This was a minor nuisance and I asked them to repair it if possible; if not I was prepared to buy a new mould. They sent me a brand new mould no charge. I have countless RCBS products and have rarely needed customer service but when I do they are the absolute best. Just wanted to share this positive experience with RCBS.

Got a RCBS case trimmer from an estate. The handle was gone, and the cutter had been used to trim steel cases. New one in the mail.
Customer service at RCBS is incredible

Glad to hear the RCBS will still take care of their customers, I’ve got a lube a matic I rwas can’t.y picked up used that needs a few small parts. I’ll have to give them a call.
