curious as to the possibility of collector value. I picked them up are an estate sale to reload, but I have hundreds of 44-40, so I don't need these, but if they were of a value, I would put them up for sale, as I collect enough stuff. any help is appreciated.

Looks like they date from 21 April 1971. ref https://www.mdshooters.com/showthread.php?t=178198
Not sure on value yet, maybe if you keep them until they are 100 years old. The antique boxes tend to be more valuable than the contents though.

Thank you, I figured that they weren't much. I guess I will have to just load them up.

I have a box of .38Spl primed with the same box. Was in my dad's stuff when he cashed out. I figured late 60s-early 70s.

I came by 4 full boxes of 38 Colt Short casings in the same boxes - I bought them of the brass as I load 38 Colt Short. I was guessing late 60s, early 70/s. I have problems considering these "collector" items - which is a sign of my age! LOL I keep forgetting that they's probably be close to 50 years old and there are several generations since mine that consider these "old". :-)
