is there a crimp groove on this boolit? i filled the bottom two groves with lube, and attempted to crimp into the top groove, but some of the bullets didn't crimp tight, even with the factory crimp...

should i crimp higher up?

No, there isn't.

Your normal seating die can be adjusted to crimp into the top lube groove, or as below.
should i crimp higher up?
Yes, seat the bullet until the top band is covered by the case plus a little more, then factory crimp it lightly until the case touches the bullet nose. That should do it.
