I've decided to fit my Dillon 550 with a lighting arrangement to help me look at each case for powder anomalies. I found this thread here:
http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?366603-Dillon-550-light-system

Rather than hijack that thread, I'm starting a new one.

The OP recommends the KMS Squared UFO light system. I went looking for other possibilities and found the Lite Tech system. Just looking at the respective web sites, I was attracted to the Lite Tech system. Thought it might be a good idea to ask here to see if others had used either of these and what were the advantages and disadvantages of each.

I'm tired of wasting time trying to see into each case to make sure powder height is correct. I've got lots of light in the shop but shadows make it difficult to be sure.

I have a few of the KMS squared ufo lights, they are quite impressive and I already had 8 overhead lights in my fairly small reloading room.

I've tried a few different setups and the UFO has, by far, been the best at putting the most usable light where needed. I can clearly and easily see into each and every case on all three of my machines using the UFO lights. (550, 650, and 1050)

I built my own LED light from the top. Powered by 4x AA batteries. <$20 for parts including batteries. I don’t know how I ever went without a light!

I've got 8 two tube fluorescent fixtures in my 14X20 shop/reloading/casting shop too, but they don't eliminate shadows. I guess I will try the KMS Squared UFO light system. I liked the Lite Tech system because of the one light that fit the center hole in the tool head. On the other hand the UFO system only has one connection to the installation. I guess each has its' advantages so I will go with the one that has been recommended.

Probably an unpopular view, but I think those "must have" press lighting systems are a great way to throw money away.
This one was around $10, and I can direct it anywhere I please, even out in front of the press if I need to look at something close up. A lot of light, right where I need it. Ebay, Amazon, clamp on LED light. Can even get a blue housing, or red(perish the thought)
