Gentlemen: Got 43 rds. of brass fireform for my Werndl, 11.15X58, which is 45 cal. in my barrel. My bore size is .456, case neck cant be over .472 loaded, when I load any bullet sized over .453 the case neck size will be .472 and the shell will not chamber. The neck on the case is about .740 long, I run the loaded round up into a stripped 7.62X 54 R die with the decapping rod out of and it sizes the case neck just enought so it will then chamber. I would like to load .456 bullets at least to bore size, What can I do . Thanks for reading and help. JOe

Turn the case necks to make 0.001 clearance. ... felix

You might want to try the Lyman 446110cast soft and paper patched up to fit.

It was common in those days to load soft paper patched bullets that had to "bump up" to fit the rifling, and it was common long afterward (for instance, the Soviets and the Brits in WWII) to build rifles with groove diameters bigger than the jacketed bullets intended for use with them. Try loading what will chamber and see if it works.
