Well, last night I finally got the correct lifter into my Winchester 1892 .32-20. I had to play with the new cartridge stop spring as it was so tight it would let nothing move, but once I got that and the left cartridge guide in, the gun works. It loads rounds now and chambers them, but it's still a little finicky. I took a picture of the left cartridge guide, it looks pretty worn to me but I haven't had too many 1892 Winchesters apart to know what this part should look like new. The right one is better, but not by a heck. I have found a couple original and correct .32-20 versions online but haven't been able to get a good zoomed in look at them.
