Marbles Tang Sight Bases?

Can anyone tell me if a Tang sight for an Uberti 66 will fit a Win 94 Made in the 70's. Marbles sight say they are a different # or is that because of the screws.

Call buffalo arms. They seem to know this kind of thing.

Seems to me the cast off on a 66 is way more than on a 94. I suspect sight height will be the issue. I can tell you, it's a pita to run out of elevation before you get out to where you wanna go.

In my experience Buffalo Arms will also steer you right.

Buffalo Arms is also selling extra height staffs for the older (standard) tang peeps which may allow you to overcome range restrictions.

I had a Marbles tang sight installed on my Uberti Hi Wall. it is a sight for a 94 Winchester. if I remember right the sight fitted ok but the rear hole had to be rethreaded so the winchester screw would fit. the Uberti screw had a different head. hope this info helps.
