Anyone tried this? I found a 6 cavity Lee mold for this bullet. Can't remember where it came from and have never cast with it.

I need a good 9mm cast bullet. Has anyone sized this down and loaded it in 9mm?

Remember the powder and load?

Yes, the 105 and 140 work pretty darn well. I shoot them in an FM Hi-Power, a couple of 1911's and a Witness. Just found out this weekend the Sccy CPX-1 loves the 105! My 1911 loads were a little hot for it, 1059 average fps. 261 ft-lbs of energy at 10 feet from the muzzle. Did not feel good, will tone them down for that light little gun. Want to find the minimum that works in it for a good practice round.

I have used both the 105 and 140s with great success. I have some of both sized and powder coated that I would mail you so you can try them if you want

And I use hp38 and I use the data for the next heavier bullet on the hodgdon website (per hodgdons advice)

Lawful mercy, I tried out in late 80’s running them thru a TZ-75. Worked out great as I recall. Please don’t ask for powder details because notes are long ago lost in a move but it would have been a Hercules now Alliant powder
