Dot Matrix Paper?

I found some 150 line dot matrix continuous feed printer paper. Is this the same as green bar paper?
Will it work for paper patching?
It's $25 a box for 2600 single ply sheets.

The guy will sell 8 cartons for $150 total.
Not that I think I need that much but I would sure like a lifetime (or two) supply if this is the good stuff.

AS far as I can remember that is it.
Depends how thick it is.
If you could get a sample to try would be the best.
Now a simple ruler will tell you what 500x the thickness is.

Yes, check it out first before you buy. I have some 15# printer paper that works really well for PP, and some 20# that is too thick to be useful. You don't want to end up with boxes of stuff that won't work. If you can get one sheet you can wrap some bullets and see how much it adds. If it's more than about .011 - .012" it's too thick to be of much use. Thinner is even better.

It’s 20# paper. Looks like that might be about .004”.
Too thick? That would be about .016” wrapped. A little too much for most applications right?

Yep.
Maybe a loose 303 barrell for such like.
310 cadets or odd thing.

Most modern barrels are cut about 4 thou deep
So 2-2.5 thou is about is about perfect.
Thick paper will just size down the core and maybe tear up in the process.
Either by a sizing die or gun barrell.

15.6 gns of adi 2205 burns clean in my 30-30 with good accuracy and about 1500-1600 FPS with a 150-180 grn pp bullet with mild recoil.

That sounds too thick to me, yes. You could suggest to them that they could put notices on that paper with any local "maker" groups and robotics groups or Ham Radio groups, that should find them a local buyer. The "green bar" paper has alternating 1/2" IIRC (usually) tall green and light green tinting, there is a lot of plain white dot matrix tractor feed paper out there too. The green bars sorta helped coders read their code; Nowadays most folks just carry a laptop though, or a tablet :)
