Sunday Supper!

Got back from Cabela's and used up a bunch of points. Decided to throw some stuff on the grill.

Shrimp boiled in Guinness Stout and Old Bay Seasoning
Scallops wrapped in Applewood Smoked Bacon
NY Strip Steak
Chili Lime Cabbage/Broccoli/Carrot and fresh mushroom salad with tomatoes all from the garden. :happy dance:

Guess I will have to send the wife out to pick up a pizza. In the middle of moving everything into the garage so I can have my wood floors refinished tomorrow ,so we can’t cook.
So what did pick up at Cabela’s with all of those points?

cabelas is a good drive for us so we don't get there very often but when we do it sure is fun picking up a bunch of reloading supplies and walking out the front door for free. (we check point balance before we go in)

Sounds tasty! Sunday night is steak night at our house. Only sometimes my Wife wants chicken breast instead of steak. We'll have a baked potato and Texas Toast with them. I'll light the grill and open a beer. Sit on the porch working on the beer and waiting for the grill to get ready and waiting on the food to get ready. We have lots of birds and I enjoy watching them come to the feeders while I'm sitting there.
