In my efforts to get squared away with field reloading kits for various calibers I have acquired a few of the orange and black with metal corner reinforcing as well as the other various black, orange and white boxes. I don't use these boxes for storage as Plano boxes take care of that. Is there any value to these style boxes for collectors? I have zero need but would feel bad just tossing them.

My thought is that you should keep them. They will add value when you are done with the tools and want to pass them on to the next generation.

Paper ephemera (boxes, instruction sheets, etc) supplied with the article is generally much rarer than the articles themselves. Survival rate is low.

Certainly they would be worth something to a “serious collector.” How much, I dunno. An auction ad would tell you.
