I have a friend that I worked and hung out with when I lived in N.Y. His Parents moved to Florida, and a few years ago so did he. His dad is 93 and mom is 90.

Today they were on their way to N.Y. for their summer,to spend time with other family and friends. Somewhere neat Brunswick. Ga. they were involved in a wreck and their car flipped over.

Steve called, said his brother had let him know. The first report is that they are o.k. and in a hospital in Brunswick. He's on his way up there from Palm Coast. Fla. He asked for prayers for his parents, and as he has some kind of hyper something or other I'd request a prayer for him, as well....

Father please be with this couple as they recover from their car accident. Please be with the physicians and medical teams that are taking care of them and guide them in such a way that this couple recover without pain and in comfort. Update....

Steve called a while ago. His parents are home, a bit stiff and sore, but safe and uninjured. He'll call me tomorrow with another update, and I'll send it on.

Everyone's home, a bit stiff and sore. Steve's mom says she doesn't want to drive up to N.Y. anymore. Maybe fly.......Steve took his dad out to find a rental car.
It seems someone cut him off somewhat as he was trying to access the
Interstate, causing him to have a bit of the back end of the car in the traffic lane, and a girl drove by and hit the back of the car, causing it to spin and flip over.
At least that's the story for now.
