View Full Version : RCBS Push thru Lube dies?

Got these in a lot of stuff I bought. One is a .452 and the other is a .457 with push stems for each. Looks to me like they were intended for sizing after pan lubing.
Is anyone familiar with these?

I think those are Lee dies they're in an RCBS die box. The label on the box says lube die. That die was used to lube cases prior to resizing. The dies should have a manufacturers name on them somewhere.

Those are not RCBS die #87552. A google search will show you what the die actually looks like. RCBS doesn’t make push through dies. They look like Lee dies. They definitely have Lee lock rings on them.

On closer examination and comparison I would agree that they a Lees. They are not marked as Lee but the nuts and overall die is very similar. The are it little longer and only have the size marked on them. Probably very early lee production. Thanks for your input.
