Hello Men. New member here trying to get established. I set up my username/password on my Apple desktop and can log in and out with it in a breeze. Now, with my iPhone 6s, no go. Attempting to log in through its web browser gave me only messages that username/password didn't match. A forum moderator suggested I download the Tapatalk app and log in through it. Being compliant and obedient I did just that. Same story: "no match" it tells me. So I'm stumped. Anybody have a similar story preferably with a solution? Thanks all.

On your desktop is the username/password saved and it automatically is entered?

On your phone, the problem is your either entering it in wrong or remembered it wrong.
Remember that on passwords they are case sensitive.

Thanks for the reply but after typing it in probably 20 times by now I'd likely have it right once.

I'd expect after certain number of invalid attempts account might get locked down for certain period of time.

If the problem happened both in Safari and Tapatalk you’re entering the wrong username/password combination. Neither one is going to prevent you from logging into the site w/ the correct username/password. Tapatalk isn’t required but it does make viewing forums on a phone a lot easier.

Can't remember on Mac but window browsers usually have a saved password section under advanced settings. See if you can see what was saved just to be sure. Good luck.

I use my IPhone 6s for 90% of the things I do on here.
I have the latest IOS and use Chrome for my browser.
I have had no problems using safari either, I just like chrome better because it’s linked to my PC.
May I make a suggestion.

On your desktop send yourself a email
In the email have your user name and your password.

You should be able to highlight the password and paste it
Same with the user name.

On the iPhone just hold your finger over the password and hit select then copy
