I was sorting out my bullet cabinet and found these.
First picture shows the two piece box from Ashland, Oregon. The yellow box is an early box from Bend, OR.
I thought you would like to see the workmanship that went into the original Partition. Appears the cannalure was cut on the lathe.
Why is Nosler located in Bend when it started out in Ashland?
Early on, Nosler was doing well and needed to expand. They had petitioned the city government to expand and the then (and now) Liberal mindset of the Ashlanders sent Nosler packing to Bend which welcomed them with open arms.
