Colt Scout

From 1958. Looks new but no box and accoutrements. I used one back when they were first introduced, liked it but never gave it another thought until I saw this one up for sale.

Is that aluminum framed or nickle plated?

I never saw one with a polished frame. I bought one new in 66 still have it with the box and spare .22 mag. cylinder screwdriver and card.

I've had several Scouts, but have not shot them very much. Always ended up with the fancy editions NIB and didn't want to touch them off.
