The 32 isn't that picky on what it's fed . Least mine isn't it's a 1927 date so I mainly stick to the lighter loads . If your looking for plinker loads the standard for me is 5-6 gr of Bullseye . Want it a little faster 10gr of unique or 14 -15 gr of 2400 , for hunting /full power loads just go to your load manual for jacketed bullets and start trying out medium speed powders i.e. 4895 at the starting load and work up and see where your sweet spot is . These are all with the normal 170 ish gr bullet . Good luck

The 30-30 and 32 special are really nice for cast bullets.

Long ctg., case necks, and small powder charges.
Factory velocities of around 2100 fps...
.
If you are going for normal full power regular pressure loads, you can just about pick any load from the book.

Best powers for jacketed bullets, ....and cast, would be 4895, 4198, 3031, 748.
.
Your best accuracy with cast bullets will likely come from:
Cast air cooled wheel weight bullets.
Gas check
Don't size the bullet anymore than necessary !
Do not seat the bullet with any lead showing to the powder charge.
and,
2400 powder for about 1800 fps. ( Around 20 grains powder.. )
.
.
You have 2 choices for reloading:

1.You can seat the bullet out long.... into the throat so the bullet is lightly engraved by the rifling, where you will get best accuracy, but, the loaded round may be too long to feed.

Or..

2.You can seat the bullets deeper, sacrificing accuracy, but, the load will likely feed fine.
