I've been teaching my brother-in-law Abe how to reload rifle ammo. There has been quite a break since he prepped some .30-06 brass.
Now they come together!

A picture is worth a thousand words.

Another one bites the dust.
He was probably a good guy too. Now he’s just another addict.
Great pics! Congrats for him and good job for you.

You can't fool me. The factory box those came out of is just out of the picture, isn't it.

Those look great.

The Camel's nose under the tent!

My little sister wants him to reload pistol ammo.

He'll have to cast for that.

Then the whole camel will be in the tent!

Darn nice looking rifle ammo. I hope your BIL knows how lucky he is to get some one on one training.

Were those made on a 310 tool?

I have 2 potential students ready to learn handloading and casting. One is a new member here who lives a half hour away from me - we will probably meet this week. The second is a high school aged young man who I met when I installed an mcarbo kit in his Kel-Tec Sub 2000 (all this parent approved and supervised). Both of these students are enthusiastic about getting into handloading and casting and it will be a pleasure working with either. This is one more installment in passing on my knowledge and experiences to the next generation to keep these activities ongoing. I am encouraged to do this because 2 of my long time friends who were both handloaders/casters passed away this year. One was a year older, the other a year younger, than I am. And the year is still young...

And ya thought George was bad. Hopefully your BIL won't have a short memory of what he borrows from you. Nice job!

My sister and brother-in-law are out shopping for a work bench right now.
He He!
It won't be long before he is casting. Casting boolits and loading pistol ammo will end up on the HoneyDo list!

I even told her about the Camel's nose and she likes the idea.

Karen’s First Five!

My little sister loaded her first five.
See what happens with a little training.

Now Karen wants to load some .308 for her rifle!

GOOD ON YOU! For feeding the need of wanting to know how. The last people I taught to reload was probably 20 years ago. Nobody I now know wants to learn to cast or reload - just shoot up the loaded stuff! Guess that is why I`m `thinning the herd` of my shooting gear a little at a time.Robert
