Technically no. I don't really see anything really hazardous about it myself but if you order it, they ship it UPS.

I’ve had it mailed to me USPS. And I have also mailed it it via USPS. When I mailed it I answered all the questions ask of me by the post office truthfully and they mailed it. It’s been a few months so unless the requirements have changed recently there should not be a problem.

It's lube, doesn't necessarily have to be used on boolits, maybe on the AR, or the Chevy.

I guess it's a liquid so it would be restricted, but I think this might be one of those don't ask don't tell moments.

I think it's the "contains petroleum distillates" that gets their drawers in a knot. I've thought about the don't ask/tell thing, but they always seem to ask. I have one of those UPS storefronts nearby (can't ship ammo or guns from there) so maybe I'll stop by there. Have 10 bottles of this stuff, mostly full, and would like to get it to someone who uses it.
