I know, very odd ball situation.

I want to make this bullet work since it's a 6 cavity.

I'm just having issues figuring out the starting charge with 4198.

You can't get enough 4198 into an M1 carbine case to get into trouble. Load a full case with 1/8" compression as if loading black powder in the .32-20.
