I have been looking on line for a lee mold for a 7x57 that I just finished for my wife. I see a 130 grain mold but nothing heavier. I would like something in the 160-180 grain. I have heard mention of a "LEE Soup can" not sure what that is or where to find one. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks John.

You can find that mold on Midsouth's web sight. You have to dig around to find it.
They have it listed under specialty molds. I have that mold and it shoots pretty
good. Most 7mm molds don't cast large enough for military rifles. You have to go
custom for that. Hope you find it.

Just an old man`s 2 cents worth here. Look on the Accurate moulds web page and look at the variety of 7mm moulds he offers.Robert

If a mold is dropping undersize then powder coat the bullet. If you are looking for accuracy and full power then look at a bore rider design made by RCBS & Saeco.

I just picked up the 7mm soupcan and the 170 grain 6.5 mm Swede mold. Haven't had a chance to use them yet. I'm hoping to cast some 6.5's tomorrow. I finally found a Lee Loader in 6.5 Carcano. I also have Lee loaders in 6.5 Remington magnum,6.5 Japanese and 6.5X55 Swede. Now it's time for a pile 6.5 boolits. Yippee. Life is good when Midsouth is just around the corner.
