I have some ingots of tin, some 40/60 bar solder and some 50/50 solder what is it worth?

Does the babbitt have a number stamped on it? With the "babbitt #" we (I) can tell the % tin, % lead, % etc. that it contains................. Example: Babbitt 7 is about 10% tin, 15% antimony, and 75% lead.

Pure tin from Midway USA is running about $18/#.

The 40/60 is 40% tin. The first number is the % tin.
