I have a contender carbine with the factory walnut stock.
I need a stock with a higher comb.
I do now want a thumbhole stock.
Does anyone have any pictures of the Boyds stock? What is your opinion of it?
Any other options out there?
Thanks
Dave

Dave I texted you a pic of a Revelation stock. I think it's the same, if not very close to Boyds. I like the higher comb but it is heavier than the TC Walnut.

Yep, I've got 1 Contender stock set and 2 Encore sets. They have just a bit off cast off and the comb is high enough for comfortable cheek weld for eye scope alignment. I have 1 Fajen aristocrat stock set and they were the very best but they aren't around any longer. Thumbhole stocks just don't work well for me on hammer guns. Tony makes excellent forends for the Contender and Encore.
