I've never heard of them. Where did you find them? Some of the board members here offer retail boolits. I'd deal with them before I would deal with an unknown entity. I hope you get satisfaction soon.

I have bought many dozens of things over the years from Jon, and can recommend his business highly. Of all the things I ordered from him, all but one showed up very promptly (and that one item turned out to be back ordered from the manufacturer, took months to get it, but that wasn't Jon's fault).

I've ordered several moulds from Jon in the past. His moulds are as advertised but his shipping is sometimes a little slow. Now, I realize that I'm pretty impatient too and he's busy with other things at times.

Interesting guy to talk with too and very knowledgeable on Lyman/Ideal moulds.
