Hey Gents,
Does anyone have any thoughts on White Label 50/50 for use in BPCR, or a combination of 50/50 and White Label black powder lube?

Hi Bob.
I have not tried 50-50 with Black Powder, so I don't have any help for you there.
I got the recipe for BP-01 from Dromia in Switzerland.
He gave me permission to use his recipe.
He said that he was able to load and shoot 30 rounds in his muzzle loader without having to clean or anything else and the black powder fouling was still soft and cleanup was fairly easy, with good accuracy all the way though.
He said that he was using Swiss FFg, and I don't remember which bullet he was using.
I made up a small batch and tried some in my 45-70 Sharps with the 32" barrel, I loaded the 535 Lyman with Swiss FFg and put 15 rounds through it without using a blow tube or running any wet patches in between shots and at the end the fouling was still soft and cleanup was fairly easy.
I'd be more than happy to send you a sample, it just the postage would be a killer to Australia. It's $14.25 for anything up to 8 ounces. :(
I do have a small supply of the original BPCR Supreme if you're interested in trying it. I think that NOE has some in stock also.
