So its basic. The flash from the powder burn charges the glow in the dark component. The late boy scout has a good video shooing a bunch at night even with a light in the back round. I viewed it on full30 but did not know how to post a link of it. Sorry.

here's how you make your own.

get some glow in the dark powder, yes they sell it, it's expensive.

get a bottle of clear nail polish.

mix the two, paint the butt of your bullets, load and shoot at night.
