Gem Multi Cookepo recall

I just heard of this recall. In light of a recent discussion of Insta-pots I thought it might be of interest or concern. Thousands involved due to danger of melt down.

And then a Gem.

Judging by the looks of it, it is an older design.

Just like when Ford or Chevy have a recall, I don't worry about all Fords.

Seems the pressure cookers are OK, just the Gem Multi Cooker model and only certain ones.
