Lyman Great Plains 50cal #508656 in 500 magnum

Has anyone used this cast bullet for the 500magnum? I just got a mold and I am planning on trying it out. If you have any experience with it or opinions about it let me know. I’m thinking it’s going to be a great option.

.508 is a little big to size down to .501 but where there is a will there is a way.

It’s sizes in my Lee 501. Sizer as easy as anything. The bottom driving band is the problem at .499 but after a powder coating will be perfect. I think this is going to be actually a great option
