i guess that i'm out of the loop. is nei closed?? and if so; does anyone know where i can get NEI style lead flux. ???????????

Yes they are gone.
Nothing special about their flux, just repackaged marvelux.

the flux that i bought from them many years ago is yellow hard chips and smells good. don't think its marvelux.

Eaganstore website is pretty much worthless as far as ordering, just search Amazon for carnauba flakes............

you want to goggle carnuba wax . go to Amazon; scroll down till you see the yellow package label that says health and beauty pure carnuba flakes. i ordered some; think its the same stuff i got from NEI because it states that it has a plesant smell (so does NEI)

Why would you use carnuba as a flux? RandyRat's beeswax is a lot cheaper. Save the carnuba for a lube.
