Lyman Brass Smith

I havent bought any equipment in years but Lyman shows what is new to me a powder measure different than the 55, it looks like any rotor type measure but has anyone seen or used one?

Well, it's cheap. The body appears to be cast or molded, aluminum or synthetic? I can't tell from the picture on their website.
I guess it depends on how well you can adjust it.

I asked Lyman several days ago and just got my response and the Brass Smith measure is steel, just thought I would pass it along

Save your $$ for the Lyman - the Lee Perfect Powder Measure is the same rotary drum concept and is only 20 bucks at MidwayUSA

Wow, Lyman has changed back to orange paint. Brand color identity.
I never did understand why the orange went away.

i might just buy one of the new orange measures just to put it next to my old orange 55 that i have had since it was new, thats the big reason why i asked what it was made out of.
