Anyone know who manufactured this press?

Never saw one like that, and I've seen a LOT of presses in my 80 years! Does it use standard shell holders?

Wasn't Pacific Press this color blue?

I'm thinking Pacific too, it's been a LONG time since I had that press tho, upgraded to a RC in 85 or so LOL - Old-Timers makes remembering everything harder, tho I get the "flavor" of a LOT, just not always 100% accurate (darnit!)

It's been identified thanks to Steve and Lubedude.
It's a very rare Lachmiller Power House. At one point it was thought that none were sold. It came out at the same time RCBS was in the process of buying Lachmiller. The assumption was that it was scrapped rather than sold as an RCBS model.

I have a lachmiller 100 that weighs a ton, I expect that one has enough cast iron for two 100's --
Is that a lyman ez-loader next to it? perhaps american?

Yes, it's a Lachmiller. RCBS brought it out years later as the A4.

Here's a cell phone shot from the 1964 Handloader's Digest:
