Like to try this mold I have in my 44sps having a hard time finding load data. You think this boolit is to heavy for the special or is there just not much starting data out there. Thanks JOE

I loaded some over 8.0 of power pistol in Ruger new flat tops and they did well. Worked in my guns you are on your own.

Assuming that you are shooting a modern 44 special, and that your 267 grain boolit is a Kieth type SWC, 7.2 grains of Power Pistol, 6.2 grains of Unique, 4.8 grains of red Dot should all be safe starting loads. If you have a Charter Arms, you may find the heavy boolits are punishing without comparable power, while you may find them to hit high. I have shot hundreds of 262 grain 429-244 with 6.5 grains of Unique from my flat top Ruger Black Hawk. If you are shooting a Ranch Dog 265, I would lower those loads by .2 or .3 grains.

The 432365 copy of the H7G 503 is my favorite boolit for the .44 Special. My accuracy load (1.25"@25 yds.) is 5.7 452AA and it shoots the Skeeter load (7.5 Unique) almost as accurately.

I shot a lot of those from a S&W model 21, Ruger SBH and used them from a Rossi 92 for
A couple of cowboy shoots because they fed so well. All without gaschecks. Chronoed them from the smith once and they were 800 fps or a tad more. All
With Unique and WW231. Don’t remember how much. Seems like between 6-6.5 of Unique.

These results at @ 7 yards. The upper bullet hole was from the initial shot in my RH. Not that bad of a recoiling load for a light weight revolver.
