www.StreamSystems.com makes the Hot Shot machine you need to have when you go water foul shooting and don't want to deal with the game officer's lack of knowledge or lack of the tools needed to test for lead in loaded shells. This will show them you have Bismuth or steel or lead if that's in there….

I get nothing from this. and if you have any questions please contact them 925-672-7443

Where in the world are you required to have one of these? I've been duck hunting Minnesota my whole life, and the few times I've been checked, was not a problem. I started hunting with rotometals bismuth shot this year which is a 94% bismuth 6% tin alloy, and is technically not on the approved shot list yet (the old 97/3 alloy is). When I called the local DNR office, they said it would be just fine, and nobody would even be able to tell the difference unless you told them.

Not required FOR YOU yet- It's your back up .
It should be required for the Game and fish folks to have though.

IT"S Another tool for the shooters. Really they are trying to get them out to ALL GAME WARDENS so they can use them to test .
I don't shoot ducks or geese, BUT if I did it might keep some NEW nosy busy body from stopping my hunt be cuase they 'think' I could have lead not Bi. shot.

Just another tool in the arsenal.

DNR already carries these. Not a issue
