1:12 twist AR barrels

Does anyone even still make one ? The current 1:8 barrel on my service rifle is about toast and have been thinking on getting out of High Power shooting anyways.Thought If I got a 1:12 in 16 or 20" I would have at least a chance of getting cast to shoot well in it. Or would it just be better to get a 7.63 x 39 upper? Or anyone make a 300 whisper/Fireball barrel for the AR in a cast friendly twist?
