What size egg sinker do I need to slug a 45-70 barrel ?

It's probably easier to just cast a few pure lead slugs and use them. But, whatever you use needs to be at least .460" in diameter. If you have access to some .45 caliber handgun slugs, they can be increased in diameter by squeezing them in a vice.
