I'm a paid-up Patron and have 447 msgs in my inbox but am getting notices that my inbox is full. Patrons should be allowed 800 msgs, does that combine Inbox and outbox?

Yes, in and sent
Add your stored inbox and your sent box and they should add up to what is
accounted for.
