I'm looking for one that could be used in a 30 cal. push through sizer.

can be for either a 1/8" Dremmel shank or a 1/4" die grinder shank, as I have both available.

Get some brass rod stock, cut in half from the top to about 1".
Need a good thin metal blade. I use a jewelers saw with 4/0 blade. I have lots so it is no big deal.
You will need to be able to put folded wet or dry in the slot.
I believe, Dremel also makes them.

If you are looking to polish or enlarge the die.
I've had better luck with lapping compound on a pair of bullets.

For the Jerry Rig made hone. You can also use a simple wood dowel in place of a bras rod.
You'll get a nice polish with one.

For removing stock go with the bullets and 320 to 600 grit compound. Last time I did one about 40 passes with 320 grit took out .0005" from a Magma Star die. I polished it with 600 then 1200 grit.

Use the split rods as the flapper wheel will make the die out of round. You can even cut the slot with a hack saw.

Here is a picture of a split rod. I would use a slow RPM and make shure that you keep moving the rod in and out of the die as I think this will give you less taper in the center of the die. You only want a lead on the die where the boolit enters, other wise the inside of the die will have a hour glass shape allowing the boolit to tip not passing straight through the die.
