Neck size_ rifle charge thru expander die ?

What is a Lyman M die? is it a neck sizer? or a powder thru expander die?


How can I go about reloading 35rem, neck size, and charge powder thru a case mouth bell die?
I want to bell the case mouth like a pistol, but do it in 35Rem, and neck size only.

Whose or what dies will accomplish this?

Lee makes a 2 die set that has a neck sizer and a seater, for belling the case mouth you will either need the NOE expander with the proper die body from Lee or a Lyman M die as a last resort you could use a Lee flair die. I would recommend them in the order I listed them. Nobody makes a powder through case mouth bell die but you could use the Lee rifle charge die to put the powder in the case.
