Old measure parts

I've had a Pacific Powder measure in the back of my cabinet for a lot of years and I want to find parts for it. It is small probably for pistol charges. It is blue with a small plastic reservoir, mebbe 1 cup volume. the base is cast iron and the reservoir and a section slides/rotates back and forth.There are no model or part numbers anywhere. There is no charge bushing (?) or tube so I'm not sure what the parts look like. I'd appreciate any help. I know someone out there knows what powder measure I'm talking about. I'll try and post pics a bit later, if I can figger it out...

I think there were four different models. I found pictures of two. What does yours look like? I think one of the other two is made like the newer Hornady one. It has a sliding charge bar. I am on the road. You have a model that works like the Belding and Mull without the window. You need the drop tube/chamber. Or try to make one. It works like the B & M and was made of steel.

KenThat's the one I couldn't find a picture of. Funny thing, when I'm looking for the others, that's the ONLY ONE, that I find.

It looks similar to jimkim's first post, pic on the right, but no knob on the side. Mine has a handle, about 4" long sticking out of one side to operate the measure. I also have one like the Hornady pictured in jimkim's second post, that uses brass bushings in the slide. The hornady "pistol powder measure" is surprisingly consistent and I've "customized" a couple bushings to throw a specific charge with a specific powder. After turkey, I'll try to take some pics...

Yep Skeettx, that's the model. My pics didn't come out clearly (very old camera, and questionable user). Thanks.

My limited research so far, google, has not come up with anything. Anybody know of a source for obsolete powder measure parts?

So, I poked around on the internet (ebay) and found a 3/4" OD seamless brass tube with .032" walls that not only fit inside the powder measure but also allowed a standard large RCBS powder meter screw to fit inside of it. So I bought the tube and with the addition of the RCBS (09009 Measuring Screw Crowned) and (09013 Measuring Cylinder Bushing) plus a hard plastic bushing that I drilled out to have a friction fit between the tube and cylinder bushing.

Have you called Hornady, maybe they have one in old parts storage

I have one I use to throw benchrest loads to scale to trickle they are extremely accurate

It came (or at least mine did off eBay) with an adjustable cylinder, but the diameter is really too large for pistol charges. Mine is a rifle measure, not pistol. I have all 3 of the ones pictured here.
