It's a server error, some server's down, the usual meaning is "The server is currently unavailable (because it is overloaded or down for maintenance). Generally, this is a temporary state." so probably someone needs to mash the reset button on their server or something. This in the interwebs, servers fail all the time, and get eventually fixed :)
