Have a Lyman mold #515141, was wondering if it will carry enough lube for shooting black. Will be using SPG and Old E 3 F. Any suggestions on charge? Found about 40- 45gr.
will most likely going to use a .030 veg wad too. Have acquired a "Taylor" Spencer Carbine

I would think it will have enough lube in that short barrel. I shot a few of those in my Spencer when I had it and they worked okay though a Little heavy.

I've had no problem with the amount of lube it carries.

that bullet works real well with spg lube in my .50-70 carbine.

i shoot TRAIL BOSS in my TAYLOR'S SPENCER with them and have good luck with them. and clean up is great!
